Every meeting involves a quick initial assessment, goal setting and organising the home or mind together.

As a professional organiser, I both help and coordinate the work of the organisation, and it is up to the home's residents to make the decision to declutter if they wish.

I will not declutter any of your belongings without your permission. If you wish, I can deliver one car load of items to the recycling centre at the end of the appointment.

You have seven days to complain about the visit.

Each contact includes a free survey, as well as a free assessment visit, if applicable. I serve mainly in Pirkanmaa.

The organisation services will be agreed according to the destination. As a rule, we organise in four-hour periods. The price per visit is €489 (€122.25/hour), including the necessary materials such as bin bags and labels. I charge separately for any storage solutions that the customer wants, which are conveniently provided by Ruuhkattoman, such as boxes or suit bags.

For a package of five or eight visits, the prices are €448 per visit (5x) and €409 per visit (8x) or a monthly fee of €990.

You know the price of the visit in advance. Extra hours by arrangement 61 € per half hour or more.

I make arrangement visits mainly between 16:00 and 20:00 and on weekends or by appointment.

The visit will be invoiced as agreed after the visit. For a monthly contract, I charge 50 % in advance. A monthly contract includes a maximum of 25 hours of organisation per calendar month or 30 days.

After making an appointment, you have the possibility to cancel 48 hours before the appointment or in case of illness. Please inform me immediately of the cancellation.

I use carefully considered strategies, appropriate methods and effective techniques in both my organisational work and my training.

I am Master of Economics and Business Administration and a professional organiser trained by the organisational pioneer Anne te Velde-Luoma from The Netherlands. I am familiar with all the best-known organisational methods and frameworks, such as KonMari, Swedish Death Cleaning, Quarter of an hour technique, Minimalism, and Essentialism. I have also developed my own The Flow Of Home method, which works particularly well with families with children.

Taking into account the client's goal and the situation at home, I choose the right approach together with the client to tame everyday domestic problems and chaos at home. You don't need to know about techniques or strategies, I know how to ask the right questions to get you started.

Over the years, I have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge about balancing a big family, a startup and a demanding career, also drawing on lean thinking and project management.

The Flow Of Home approach takes the whole family into account and children can stay at home during the visit, they don't need to be put in care!

I take into account the presence of children at the offer stage and during the visit. We will take time off work so that your everyday life can continue to run smoothly during the organisation. For me, the hardest part of having a baby was the lack of pairs of hands. From this idea, we are building a concrete change, with me as a helping hand to declutter, organise and recycle.

Tantrums and every morning drama

The client's preschooler likes beautiful clothes and dressing up a lot. However, the wardrobe didn't work and every morning she was upset when she couldn't find anything to wear.

We organised the cupboard together with the child. Outgrown, out-of-season clothes and treasured oldies were identified.

Finally, the clothes were loosely arranged in a cupboard so that the pre-schooler could easily get dressed in the morning. The cardboard boxes were left in the cupboard as an experiment before the permanent ones were bought.

First thing in the morning and evening

My client had long been looking after the needs of others first and had renovated the home with the whole family in mind. Her own wardrobe had been neglected and no longer worked.

The sea of clothes was in sight first thing in the morning.

We went through the clothes, weeding out the outgoing and out-of-season clothes, so that all the clothes fit loosely in the wardrobe again.

Preservation challenges of an old house in the city centre

My client's child's wardrobe was problematic, but the wardrobe itself was not being replaced. The clothes needed to be put in better order.

We went through all the clothes with the child, weeded out the small ones and put the wrong season's clothes in storage.

We made "throw-away boxes" for the child's clothes, to make it easy and fun to organise.
